Meditation Services

Meditation is for everybody. You don’t need to be still for hours on end, sometimes the best moments of enlightenment come as you wait for the kettle to boil. It’s about a way of life that anyone can benefit from, no matter what circumstances this wild world throws at us.

Guided Meditation Classes

In my classes, I will guide you through a series of meditations designed to calm the mind, relax the body, reduce stress, and allow you to go deeper in life. Experiencing a sense of peace, perspective, clarity, and freedom. The meditations are suitable for beginners through to experienced practitioners. There is plenty of time for discussion during each session and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Sports Rehabilitation Meditations

Meditation can be used for many situations in the sports world, one of which is injury rehabilitation. It offers a unique foundation and support for the mental and emotional journey that is inevitably needed when incapacity comes. Working alongside the physical hard work needed for recovery.

From focusing specifically on the areas of damage, to restoring our bodies, meditation can open up the concept of coming back stronger, faster, and more connected to our bodies. It can also help in the inner work of equanimity and calm when setbacks arise or the layoff is long. Connecting you to the whole of life and in doing so return you to your chosen arena knowing you are more than just this body, you have strengths above and beyond. 

Meditations Workshops for Actors and Creative

Meditation is an incredibly powerful tool for actors and creatives. It helps us tap into a deeper sense of ourselves so that we can perform at our peak. As a meditation coach, I teach mindfulness to help find freedom and a peace with self-consciousness. Allowing us to bring our best to the stage and screen. You'll find meditators are calmer, less anxious, confident, and more open, which allows them to perform at a higher level. Sharing their humanity with everyone.

One-to-One Meditations

These tailored sessions are to meet your specific needs. Whether that be adding extra focus on techniques to help relieve depression, pain, or insomnia, or simply learning how to meditate. Meditation can help you with stress relief, finding clarity in your life and relationships, overcoming anxiety or just help you make friends with yourself!

My approach

My approach is rooted in mindfulness with a particular emphasis on creativity, imagination, self-expression, and love. My sessions are designed to suit your individual needs; they will be enjoyable, informative and relaxing. As well as giving you actual methods that you can use in everyday life.
